Description

Jane Austen's Sense & Sensibility
Adapted by Dawn Bush for DOT Productions

September 21 & 22
2:00 p.m.
Free admission; registration required

The Dashwood sisters have a very different approach to their love lives. Elinor has much more Sense, but Marianne has a great deal of Sensibility. Heroes, heartbreak and debonair villains, all topped off with a dashing duel, will have you falling in love with this wonderful Austen novel and leave you wondering, are you an Elinor or a Marianne? A cast of five actors and DOT'S renowned comedic style make this comedy of manners a production not to be missed. Show is approximately 2 hours including an intermission.

Seating: While some traditional seating will be available, most seating will be picnic-style. Feel free to bring your own lawn chair or blanket and snacks to enjoy theater al fresco.

Virginia Theological Seminary is a place for all people. We strive to be inviting to able-bodied people and people with disabilities. If you require campus and event accessibility information, please contact Josh at lifelonglearning@vts.edu.
