Cheese Making 101: Ricotta, Farmer’s Cheese & Pulled Mozzarella
Discover the art of fresh, handcrafted cheeses in this interactive class.

You’ll learn how to create creamy ricotta, tangy farmer’s cheese, Finished off with Raw Honey, Lemon Zest and Cracked Black Pepper.

Next we are pulling mozzarella curd for slicing. Then, transform one of the mozzarella into a beautiful pinwheel layered with Prosciutto di Parma, sweet figs, and fragrant fresh basil for a stunning, flavor-packed centerpiece.

Perfect for beginners and cheese lovers alike, this class combines hands-on technique, simple ingredients, and gourmet flair—so you can impress at your next gathering.

Once we are done, Everyone will sit and enjoy the cheeses we just made. I will have an assortment of flavored and infused Oils and Vinegar's with fresh Berries, Tomatoes and Crostini's. BYOB always welcome.
