Wristband Pick Up
Spectators can pick up their wristbands in one of two locations:
- Hyatt Regency (2nd Floor - Regency E & F)
- JW Marriott (1st Floor - White River Ballroom A-D)
Spectators will not be allowed in the Indiana Convention Center without a wristband.
Spectators are only allowed into the venue 30 minutes prior to their team’s performance.
Spectators should notify the staff at wristband pick up, if they have a non-participant child 12 and under, to receive a wristband for entrance.
When arriving to wristband pick-up, please know which hall your team is performing in, so you receive the appropriate color wristband for entry into the performance halls & venue.
- Hall B – Red Wristband
- Hall C – Silver Wristband
- Hall I – White Wristband
- Hall J – Black Wristband
At wristband pick up, you will be required to fill out an online health screen form and show receipt of completion.
Spectator Entrance
There will be four entrances into the buildings for spectators. Athletes will NOT be allowed through these entrances.
- JW Marriott Skywalk to the ICC
- West Street entrance to the ICC
- Hyatt Regency Skywalk to the ICC
- Georgia Street entrance to the ICC
ONLY Spectators with a Red or Silver wristband will be allowed into the JW Marriott Skywalk entrance and the West Street entrance.
ONLY Spectators with a Black or White wristband will be allowed into the Hyatt Skywalk entrance and the Georgia Street entrance.
If you arrive to any entrance with the incorrect color wristband, you will be turned away and sent to another venue entry point.
Once spectators enter the building, they will head directly to their hall (based on wristband color).
Once in the hall, spectators will join the holding zone based on the order of performance and will rotate holding zones until the team is done performing.
Spectator Exit
Once the team is done performing, spectators will either immediately exit the performance hall, and then building; OR will wait in one of two holding zones for their child to be released by their coaches.
Spectators will have two exit options based on what side of the building they are on. On the B/C side, they will exit the venue through the lobby doors outside of Hall B.
On the I/J side, they will exit the venue through a set of the Georgia Street cube doors.
Spectators CANNOT exit through the skywalk entrance.
Spectators with Crossover Athletes
If you have a child that is a crossover athlete to multiple teams, you will need to let the staff working at wristband pickup know the name of the child and the other hall they are performing in. The staff will then confirm the information before giving you a second wristband to get into the other performance hall the child is competing in.
If you have a wristband color for either entrance because of a crossover, you may enter either entrance.
If those crossover athletes’ performance times are within 45 minutes, the spectator be allowed to crossover through the “Crossroads hallway” to the other side of the building. Staff will instruct these crossover spectators on where to go.
We appreciate your understanding & cooperation. We look forward to creating a safe, fun, & exciting experience for athletes, spectators, & coaches!
