Description

"As is the inevitable result of things unsaid, we find ourselves until today oppressed with a dangerous and reverberating silence," James Baldwin wrote in his essay "Many Thousands Gone." Help celebrate the 60th anniversary of the publication of his collection, Notes of a Native Son, with this special program examining his work.

The program will be held on Wednesdays, 5 - 7 pm, with dinner at 5 pm and the program starting at 5:30 pm, at White Branch Library.
