Event description

Description

The Arizona Community Foundation invites you to join us for the opening reception of Jacob Meders : Compendium at The Karen Work Seleznow Gallery at ACF.

Jacob's work focuses on altered perceptions of place, culture, and identity built on the assimilation and homogenization of indigenous people. He continuously reexamines varied documentations of Native Americans through printing processes that hold onto stereotypical ideas and examines how they have influenced the culture of native people.

Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and refreshments in the company of the artist and other friends of ACF.
