FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no age minimum for attendance, but sitting through the concert may prove difficult for young children. We suggest ages 6 and older, unless you know your child enjoys classical music.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You may contact karenmosbacher@gmail.com or jacobclewell@gmail.com with any questions regarding the concert. This includes questions regarding tickets, repertoire, the artists, or the concert itself.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

While it is greatly preferred that you bring your printed ticket, should you forget you may also show the confirmation email you will receive from Eventbrite. The ushers will need to see that everyone is ticketed appropriately before admission to the concert will be granted.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

This is fine, though everyone must have a ticket to be granted admission. We understand that sometimes tickets change hands due to sickness or sudden changes of schedule.
