2-3 PM: Dan Lory of the Chicago Ornithological Society will be giving birding tips (bring binoculars if you have them) as we Worship God’s Creation.

3-5 PM: Those that have the desire and ability will take a 6 mile hike around Jackson Park to include the Statue of the Republic, 63rd Street Beach House, Jackson Park Harbor, the Football Field that may become the home of the future Obama Library, Wooded Island, the Osaka Pheonix Gardens, Yoko Ono Sculpture, Columbia Basi, and Bobolink Meadows, in Caring for God’s Temple.

3-5 PM: Alternatively, those that have the desire will gather for exercises in prayer and meditation near the Yoko Ono/Japanese Gardens in Listening to God’s Voice.

5-6 PM: Communal feast as we Break Bread Together. The Outdoor Ministry will provide grilled proteins (meat and vegetarian options). Attendees are requested to bring a covered dish (salad, desert, side-dish). And, we will all share in the feasting.
