Tamsen & Tom Webster
Tamsen Webster (@tamadear) loves to figure out how to tell the right story to the right people at the right time. As the Senior Vice President of Content Activation (and Resident Skeptic) at independent Boston advertising agency Allen & Gerritsen, Tamsen is responsible for helping brands tell their stories day-to-day to drive business results. After starting her career as a change management consultant, Tamsen spent the next 15 years managing marketing and communications efforts for nonprofit and higher educational institutions, before becoming a brand strategist in agencies.
She's the mother of two boys who regularly challenge what she thinks she knows about communication, a retired Weight Watchers leader, and Tom Webster's other half.
Tom Webster (@webby2001) is a specialist in consumer behavior, and he's spent nearly 20 years telling stories with numbers and trying to gain insights from data. If you believe brands need to become media, then brands need to understand their audience--and that's simply not possible without inviting them into the process. That's been the foundation of Tom's work, and he's passionate about helping brands understand just what it takes to incorporate the voice of the consumer into their marketing, sales and operations.
