IVF Support Group

At Spring, our goal is to partner with our patients to create the healthy, happy families of their dreams. We recognize that in addition to being physically intensive, fertility treatments can also be challenging for individuals and couples to navigate mentally and emotionally. On behalf of all of us at Spring, we invite you to join one of our IVF Support Groups, for those looking to receive community support, resources and guidance on their fertility journey from Spring’s in-house Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Julia Conant.

Support Groups run for a period of 6 weeks and include a max capacity of 8 individuals or 12 (if combined patients and partners in the group). We ask that patients please register in advance as “just me” or self + partner so we can appropriately form the groups.

After your registration, you will receive consent forms that must be completed to reserve your spot. Upon completion of consents, we will also accept payment: $300 for 6 sessions.

Over the course of six weeks, we will facilitate introductions of each individual/couple and their fertility journeys, help manage expectations along the IVF process, provide self-care strategies, and support individuals across the emotional journey. We’ll cover changes in sense of self as a result of your fertility journey or diagnosis, and will wrap up our group sessions reinforcing and summarizing important areas specific to each group. Patient confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Spring and will be reflected in the communication for these groups.
