2021 ITS California Annual Conference and Exhibition Exhibitor/Sponsor Opportunities

Registration for exhibit space and sponsorships is now open for the 2021 ITS California Annual Conference and Exhibition. Membership is required, and both membership dues and exhibit space fees must be paid in full by June 28, 2021 or any exhibit space secured will be forfeited. Membership year is based on the calendar year from January 1 to December 31. Full refunds for exhibitor/sponsor registration are offered through June 28, 2021 after which a strict no refund policy will be in place.  Our exhibit hall typically sells out within 3 months, so we strongly encourage you to reserve your spot today.

Exhibition space will be allocated based upon the order in which registrations are received. In the event exhibition space is constrained due to physical distancing requirements from the hotel venue, exhibit booth registration refunds will be offered to those who cannot be accommodated.
