Are you stressed a LOT? Do you feel a lack of energy everyday? You are not alone.

  • 80% of workers feel stress on the job and nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress. And 42% say their co-workers need such help – American Institute of Stress.

The secret to rejuvenating yourself is in your own BREATH! Becoming Calm and Centered is just a few breaths away! Stress affects our physical and emotional wellbeing and the easiest way to deal with it is through the your own breath.

In this FREE session we will introduce you to the Happiness program (offered by the Art of Living Foundation) that teaches people how to use breath to deal with stress. Through this session, you will be able to

- discover the power of breath

- understand the nature of the mind

- learn how to use breathing techniques to calm the mind

- experience breathing technique and a guided meditation

For those inspired to learn the techniques and take a daily home practice there will be a course offered in the coming days. Details of the course and tuition information will be provided at this session. There will also be opportunity to register at the site as well.
