About this event
Let's do something different! Maybe you have already created your vision board for 2023… or maybe you haven’t. Let’s come together to create steps to get closer to obtaining your vision in a relaxing environment. Come write out your dreams, get encouragement, set goals, and learn new ways to maintain your mental health.
This workshop will cover four (4) main areas;
- Financial Goals - Led by Shannon O'Berry, CEO of SNO Services, LLC and Trusted Income Tax
- Spiritual Enrichment - Led by Gail Jenkins-Kyles, CEO, of Clean Night Entertainment and Certified Life Coach
- Inspirational (Reaching Your Dreams) - Led by Arischa Conner Frierson, Professional Actor
- Mental Health -Led. by Dr. Addie J. McCafferty - Licensed Therapist, Author, and Educator.
You will leave this hands-on-interactive event with a Vision Journal customized, designed, and set up by you as you set your own monthly goals, all while getting encouragement, asking questions, networking, and being armed to handle physical and mental issues.
