About this event
Sheela will be reflecting on her time at Spannocchia while preparing two Italian summertime favorites from her cookbook, Mediterranean Every Day: Simple, Inspired Recipes for Feel-Good Food. She'll demonstrate the art of muddling and enjoying a Limonata Smash cocktail (with easy mocktail alternative!) and then will make panzanella, an Italian bread salad featuring seasonal produce. Cook and concoct along with her or enjoy just watching and learning how to prepare these perfect summer recipes for your next great meal.
All registrants will receive copies of the recipes in advance, so you will be able to gather ingredients and make the beverage and salad during the program, if desired.
Mediterranean Every Day: Simple, Inspired Recipes for Feel-Good Food can be purchased here.
*There is no set cost to register for this program, but a suggested donation of $5-15 to offset costs and support Friends of Spannocchia would be greatly appreciated, if you are able.
