IT Training Orientation & Info Session

Interested in the growing field of information technology? Would you like to make $15-$20 an hour to start? If the answer is yes, you may be eligible to receive 10 months of training absolutely FREE!
The Capital Area Youth & Young Adult Program is an NC Works program that helps young people age 16-24 obtain their education goals with training and full-time job placement. Once you are trained in a certified trade we can assist in helping you obtain a paid internship and full-time employment.
You are invited to join us as we attend an orientation session provided by Wake Tech to learn about their A+ an CompTIA training courses. Candidates will be provided information at this event and must successfully pass a computer aptitude assessment. After completion of training, participants may be eligible for a paid internship and/or full-time employment. Please join us as we learn about this career field.
To be eligible to participate you MUST:
Be 18-29 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Live in Wake County
Be willing to participate in 10+ months of training
