Sometimes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It Takes Two embodies this idea with both fitness and people. Jess and Greg Cook will lead you and your partner through a challenging (but accessible) workout experience, combining the stability, breath and balance of yoga with the strength, power and agility of functional training. So bring your spouse, your bae, your crush, your best friend or your worst frenemy and get ready to sweat!
It Takes Two has 2 main components. The workout will start with a fun and unique combination of yoga and dynamic functional training designed in a way that will highlight the best aspects of each practice. Throughout the workout, we will break to teach you some of our favorite (and surprisingly attainable) acro and partner yoga poses.
