Curvy Fox and Ivywood Lane is proud to announce the First Annual It Takes A Village: Holiday Toy Drive & Expo to the familis of the Boys and Girls Club of Dallas. We would like to invite you to participate as a vendor during the event, which will take place on Saturday, December 9 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Westin Hotel - Downtown Dallas. This unique event will not only be an opportunity for consumers to give back to their local community but also give them the chance to shop various brands such as yours for those special items on their Holiday shopping list.

Single mothers, Tiina of Curvy Fox and Andrea of Ivywood Lane know that it can be extremely tough to provide a memorable holiday experience for your child(ren) while also trying to maintain a stable home life without any additional support. The holiday season is a magical time full of joy, wonder, and laughter and every child should have the opportunity to experience the unforgettable moments.

This free event will be open to the public and guests who bring a toy donation will receive 20% off all purchases made at the event. We will advertise this event in local publications such as DFW Child, CultureMap Dallas, Dallas Observer and AMP 103.7. Our target market for It Takes A Village are women between the ages of 28-40 with a median income of $62,000. We expect an attendance of over 300 attendees and we hope that you will join us for this unique and enjoyable event.

Pricing:

  • Early Bird Registration is being offered until October 6, 2017 at a rate of $300 + processing fees (2.9% + $0.30)
  • Registration fees increase to $500 + processing fees (2.9% +$0.30) after October 6, 2017

Deadline:

  • Deadline for vendor registration is October 31, 2017.
