Event description

Description

Do you have children born between 1995 and 2012? If so, you are parenting a member of the iGen: children who have never lived in a world without the internet, social media and smartphones. Dr. Jean Twenge has done some groundbreaking research as to how this generation is like none before, and how it all hinges on the advent of smartphone technology.

This FREE community event will be presented by Jennifer Curtin, MS, LCPC a psychotherapist who specializes in working with adolescents and their families. She will be sharing some of Dr. Twenge's compelling research along with some practical tips and communication strategies to help parents, tweens and teens alike understand how to live in this generation, with this technology, while being as connected, social and healthy as possible.

Perfect for Parents and kids from 12 up.
