Event description

Description

The Honorable Madeleine Albright, former Secretary of State, will join us over dinner and lively conversation to explore the intersection of faith, justice and peace. How we can learn to wage peace in a world that is so comfortable with the tools and language of war? How can our faith inform our actions here and abroad with people whose history, religious, and culture differ from ours? How does religious extremism impact us, and what can we do about it? What can we do to change a culture of division and violence in our own country? Her best-selling book, The Mighty and the Almighty, is a great introduction to the evening! Registration is limited to 50 people, and there will be a waiting list for this event, so if you register and your plans change, please contact us immediately so that someone else will be able to come in your place!
