Falafel and Shawarma are found at many different street vendors in Israel and served with delicious fillings of Hummus, Creamy Tahini Sauce, Pickled Veggies and Lemony Vegetable Salads all swimming in soft warm pita bread. Join us in the Salud room and learn how to make these delicious street food delicacies for your own family and friends.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There are no age requirements to attend a cooking class, however we will occasionally serve alcohol in our cooking school and valid ID will be required to consume any alcoholic beverage. Pricing will vary according to what is being served. At this time, drinks must be paid for with cash only. We are working towards getting a separate credit card reader.

We reserve the right to change the menu, in accordance to what is available at the time. If for some reason, we cannot obtain certain ingredients, we may substitute something different, but of the same quality and value.
What's the refund policy?
A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 24 HOURS prior to the class. Under no circumstances will a transfer or refund be issued without 24 hours notice - no exceptions! However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot in the class with a friend, family member, or colleague.
