ISOA's Annual BEEM Career Fair

ISOA’s BEEM (Business Exchange for the Entrepreneurially Minded) Career Fair is designed to give youth early exposure to career options and positive role models who they may not normally have the opportunity to interact with during their daily life journey. Held continuously since 1991 (with the exception of the Pandemic), the BEEM Career Fair was the first program in Nashville to focus on exposing children, especially less advantaged youth, as early as pre-kindergarten to business and career possibilities.
