#ISLLoft presents Carlos Davidovich, "Well-being in the times of COVID"
Event Information
About this Event
The International School of Luxembourg Virtual learning Loft is thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Carlos Davidovich who has over 20 years of experience supporting the development of leaders and management teams globally.
In this conversation with Carlos we will explore what are some key behaviors which are impacting our respective anxiety and fear as we juggle the current pandemic. How our brain reacts and gains control of our instinctual and emotional sides. Contact and community with social distancing takes on a new narrative. Connections, balance, wellbeing and looking ahead all become a creative challenge. Together through Carlos’s expertise in neuromanagment we will together share our learnings and wonderings with an opportunity to explore new strategies and perspectives on wellbeing in an age of COVID
Our guiding questions for this #ISLLoft session:
- What are some of the key understandings about human behaviour and how we grapple with wellbeing in this current pandemic?
- What are some factors that make the current situation and the impact on wellbeing more challenging for some compared to previous experiences of crisis, stress and grief in “normal” times?
- What are some strategies, and approaches which can be explored to support educators to engage with wellbeing in the current context?
- How can educators, and school leaders support staff, colleagues and students in leveraging mindsets and skills to have greater wellbeing in the current context?
