Join Sue Scott and these amazing guests for powerful stories, original music and inspiring conversation! + Food & drink! Bring friends!

Our special guest is Marcie Rendon, a member of the White Earth Nation and an author, playwright, poet and community arts activist. She is the award-winning author of the Cash Blackbear murder mystery series, with Book 3 coming out on October 11th! Marcie will join Sue in conversation and share her journey including a powerful new play she is writing, Say Their Names, that shines a searing light on missing and murdered Indigenous women!

Actor Oogie_Push, Citizen of the Meskwaki Nation, joins us to read excerpts from Say Their Names.

Our musical guest, Folk/Americana Songwriter Jaspar Lepak, underscores her advocacy and activism with her remarkable gift for melody and poetry!

Cathy Gasiorowicz, our guest contributor, shares a story of the dementia that broke her mom’s brain and created a mother/daughter lovefest in its wake.

Cast member Silvia Pontaza, will bring us her experience of becoming a naturalized citizen and finally having a voice.

Doors open at 5:30pm to come early to order hearty appetizers + drinks at your table before the show! (Returning to an ala carte menu!)

Showtime: 7:00 - 8:30pm

We perform in a dinner club setting. Your ticket = a seat at a table! All ticket buyers will be seated a table based on the size of your party.

COVID PROTOCOLS: For our October 9th show, Island of Discarded Women, will request proof of vaccination for all new attendees. If you have attended our live shows since our relaunch in October 2021, we have previously acknowledged your vax status. Masks encouraged except while dining. Thank you!

GETTING to the Woman's Club of Minneapolis. There have been times when GPS will take folks to the back entrance of the Club, which is on 15th Street (directly across from Loring Park.) That entrance will not be open on our show nights. Instead you want to enter through the Main Entrance at 410 Oak Grove Street, which is up the hill from Loring Park.

There is a free surface parking lot connected to the Club on Oak Grove Street!
