Event Details

Join us for a presentation on "Evasion and Detection from an Offensive Perspective" by Pearce Barry.

In the long-running "cat-and-mouse" between attackers and defenders, the struggle is very real.  For this talk, we'll explore the evolution of both evasion and detection, including demonstrations highlighting recent developments and real-world improvements.  We'll also look at (and demonstrate) some freely-available tools and services aimed at boosting your defense A-game.

Pearce has enjoyed 20+ years in the tech space, writing software and managing development.  Having spent time in both the defensive world and offensive world, Pearce is currently a manager on the Metasploit team at Rapid7.
