Event description

Levies: Clients may not know the word, but they sure know and fear the end result!

In fiscal year 2018, the IRS issued 639,025 levies in order to collect money from tax debtors. This was a 9% increase in levy action over the previous year, and reflects renewed IRS focus on Enforced Collection efforts. This more aggressive use of levy authority is obviously a concern to all your tax debt clients. As such, it's important for you as a practitioner to understand levies and how to deal with them.

The most common forms of levy action are wage garnishments and the taking of money straight out of a client's bank account. This causes an inability to pay rents and mortgages, buy food, put gas in the car, and make payroll and other necessary business expenses. In short, levies are an absolute nightmare for the taxpayers that are faced with them.

Fortunately, you can come to the rescue and help these clients. In this 2-hour online training, you'll acquire the skills to prevent IRS levies, and fight for levy release on behalf of your clients when they do occur. You can deploy this skill set in the course of helping your existing clients, or as a stand alone service where you can easily charge $1000 to $1500 just for this (even more in some parts of the country!).
