About this event

The RP Group’s IRPE Summer-to-Summer Institute will provide an immersive 10-month, two-track hybrid learning experience for both IRPE Newcomers and Seasoned Professionals. The structure will include two in-person “bookend” convenings at the Kellogg West Conference Center in Pomona, CA, with monthly virtual learning sessions scheduled in between.

  • Participants from Non-Member Institutions               $2,400

*The Member rate is available to participants attending from California community college institutions (college or district office) that are 2022-23 RP Group members. If your institution is not a current member but you would like to pay your institution's 2022-23 dues now to receive the member conference registration rate, click hereDues payments must be received by 8/31/22 to qualify for the member registration rate.

We accept credit card and check payments. The payment field on the registration will default to credit card but you can select "Pay by Check" in the Payment Type drop down on the registration form.  Payments by check should be made payable to The RP Group and sent to the following address:

Check payments are due in full by July 29, 2022.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations requested by July 18, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after July 18, 2022 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.  Cancellation requests should be submitted to Lila Tavelli via email at summerinstitute@rpgroup.org. Credit card refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of cancellation request; funds may not appear until 5-7 days after this transaction. Check refunds will be issued within 60 days of the date of the cancellation request.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

The RP Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of all who participate in the IRPE Summer-to-Summer Institute 2022-23. All institute attendees, presenters, and staff must be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations, as defined by the CDC, or show proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours of the beginning of the institute.

If you are up to date with your vaccinations, you will be asked to show proof of vaccination (your physical vaccine card or digital vaccine record) when you check in at the institute. If you are not up to date, you must bring proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test result taken within 24 hours of the beginning of the institute. Your test results will be verified by an institute staff member when you check in.

We will continue to monitor local (county), state, and federal requirements and will provide updates as necessary.
