This summer, President Obama and Secretary Kerry seek to establish a nuclear deal with Iran that they claim is the only alternative to war. However, Iran has a long history of ignoring calls from the international community to cease nuclear proliferation, causing many to mistrust possible Iranian concessions.
Our leading experts will discuss threats posed by Iran, U.S. policy toward this state sponsor of terrorism, and what we can expect to see from the negotiations. Given Congress’s role in reviewing the proposed agreement, the panelists will advise on how Congress ought to approach the deal.
