Event Details

Plan to join us in April, online via the Internet, to be introduced to the latest tool in the i-Tree software suite - IPED. This software program will help you to survey the trees in your community for signs and symptoms of invasive pests and stresses.

The online training seminar series will take place over a four week period, with live, interactive sessions led by members of the IPED development team. This web-based series will introduce IPED to you, help you understand its value as an important tool in your urban forest management toolkit and provide you with hands-on demonstrations related to the installation, use and reporting components of the software.

  • Join us for (4) 60-minute sessions, on four consecutive Tuesdays.
  • First session to be held on April 19, 2011
  • Sessions begin at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
  • ISA CEU Recertification Credits will be provided upon completion of all sessions.
  • There is no charge to attend the seminar series.
  • Pre-registration is required in order to secure the best experience for the participants.
  • Please register for each session you plan to attend.
  • It is advisable to try and attend all of the sessions, in order to get the most out of the series.
  • Visit more information.

Regreen Springfield

Through our tree advocacy efforts, ReGreen Springfield has collaborated with businesses, community organizations, educational partners and government agencies to promote the reforestation of Springfield, improve growing conditions for trees and engage new allies in tree care and monitoring.

ReGreen Springfield realizes that strength of our city is found in the neighborhoods. With that as the foundation for our work, we have embarked on an effort to partner with civic associations, religious institutions, businesses and other advocacy groups to assist in helping to ‘regreen’ the city.
