iPadpalooza is a three-day event held at Westlake High School in Austin, TX. This learning festival is a celebration of the cultural-shift the iPads have brought about in education and the world. This event will focus on creativity, social collaboration, engagement and the compelling ways schools have integrated mobile devices into their classrooms. This year's theme is "Learning on the GO" and will highlight the various ways and locations where learning can happen when students carry the learning in their hand with a mobile device.
The festival will start on the morning of June 6th with our opening keynote kicking off at 9:00am (registration event starts at 7:30 am) and end on June 8th and will feature amazing speakers from all over the world, lots of live music and of course, food trailers. Please note there will be limited seating to this event and it has sold out the last five years.
This year we will expanding on our very successful "Pre-Palooza" learnshops on Monday, June 5, 2017. These "Learnshops" are broken into two 3-hour segments and include breakfast and lunch. Fulll descriptions available at http://ipadpalooza.com/pre-palooza-learnshops/
We'll also be offering our full-day iLead Academy on June 5 for campus and district leaders.
We know that more learning happens when it's done as a team, so this year we are creating discounts for groups of 4 or more to encourage that collaborative learning experience. To ask about group rates, contact iPadpalooza@gmail.com
