Description
Join us for a day of learning, awareness and cultivating hope to meet the vision of an eating disorder free midwest After the keynote, a full schedule of breakout sessions and presentations are planned for providers, individuals in recovery, family and the public.
General Public and Student Admission:
Please register as either General Public Admission: Free Will Donation (if you are able), or as General Public Admission Ticket, so we have a general headcount. All registrations will include full day's events, light breakfast, lunch, and snack. All funds generated will go toward supporting eating disorder awareness work in Iowa and Nebraska.

Professional Registration:
Two registrations options (Basic or Premiere) are available for professionals which include full day of CEU's for Social Workers, Counselors, Nurses, Psychologist's, Dietitians, CN's, APN's, PA's. (Exact details to come in the next few weeks.) Please see the description in each category for details when registering for the event.
