Invitation: Participate in a study to understand the impact of Virtual Reality on Human Factors - by Ease VR.

Come and enjoy VR! If you are a VR novice or an expert - this is for you. This event requires you to be physically present in San Mateo, CA on Saturday, December 19th. Ease VR and Greenlight VR are jointly conducting an exciting, first of a kind - analytics oriented experience review and study. Participants can view different VR experiences in publicly available VR Head Mounted Displays - Samsung Gear VR, Google Cardboard and View Master. All the participants enter to win a Samsung Gear VR.

This is a pre-registration for the event outlined below. Once we receive your RSVP, we will contact you to confirm your participation and provide you with the location info.

The purpose of the study is to provide objective and subjective reviews of popular and unique VR experiences on consumer-available hardware. The study aims to discover potentially new human behavior properties, patterns and trends as observed from use.

What to expect

1. Expect to see some really cool VR experiences in Samsung Gear VR, Google Cardboard and View Master lasting 10 minutes or less. You can expect to see 5-6 VR experiences.

2. You can expect to spend an hour reviewing the experiences and completing the post session survey

3. A chance to win a new Samsung Gear VR.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, A valid ID would be required and you must be 13 years or older.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There are a number of street parking spaces available right in front of the building. You can also find parking garages nearby. The proposed event location is 10 minutes away from Caltrain San Mateo station.
