In our current US political environment, you might feel threatened and unwelcomed.

You might feel like your belonging is challenged.

You might feel scared, angry, or powerless.

Your experiences and feelings make total sense.

And I want to let you know that you are not alone.

I believe that together we are more intelligent and resourceful than apart.

I believe that together we can learn to cultivate inclusive communities

I believe that together we can navigate the current challenges of life with potency and creativity.

My invitation is for us to gather in a safe space to:

• compassionately presence what we are experiencing
• share with each other and to be supported
• learn to relate to ourselves, to each other, and to our difficulties in a responsible way
• listen to the guidance of the soul and higher wisdom for inspiration

I'll be sharing tools/practices that you can use, so you can feel anchored, resourced and empowered.

I also trust that something greater wants to emerge through our collective field during these challenging times. We can listen together to what that might be.
