Maria MacMullin is an accomplished fundraiser and nonprofit leader who, over a career spanning more than 20 years, has secured nearly $100 million in philanthropic support. More importantly, the funds raised have assisted countless individuals around the world through direct services, research outcomes, and cultural shifts related to the advancement of human rights and gender equity. Currently, Maria is the Senior Director of Major Gifts at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support, a Dallas-based organization dedicated to providing shelter, safety and support to women and children escaping domestic violence. Just 2 years into her tenure at Genesis, Maria launched and successfully closed a capital campaign grossing over $18 million, while also launching the Podcast on Crimes Against Women - a podcast she hosts and helps produce that is now in its 2nd season. Maria is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in North Texas.
