Please join Urban Institute president Sarah Rosen Wartell for a conversation with two of our country’s most innovative leaders in the effort to build resilient communities.

Shaun Donovan, director of the Office of Management and Budget, and Judith Rodin, president of The Rockefeller Foundation and author of The Resilience Dividend: Being Strong in a World Where Things Go Wrong, will discuss what it means to build resilient communities, the role of philanthropy in partnering with public leaders, and how disasters hit vulnerable populations first.
