About the company:

A typical building keeps its indoor environment fresh and healthy by replacing its total air volume up to 10-20 times per day. Heating, cooling, dehumidifying and purifying outdoor air is an expensive process. This Israeli company is applying tested and well-protected technologies only used to date on submarines and the Space Shuttle to allow commercial and office buildings and malls to keep their indoor air fresh and healthy at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. By removing key components of indoor air that create a stale and harmful environment without needing to condition and move outdoor air into the building, this company's technology has been demonstrated to reduce the cooling load of a building by up to 50%. Its pilot unit has been operating in Haifa for over a year and the company has a deep strategic relationship with a key multinational that has been a leader in building efficiency innovations and sells $15 billion in air conditioning annually.

Join us for lunch with other accredited investors to meet the company's CEO and founder, as well as Audrey Jacobs of OurCrowd, for an in-depth briefing.

WHAT IS OURCROWD

OurCrowd is an online platform that gives individuals an innovative, new way to find and invest in Israeli startups. Jon Medved, one of Israel's most well-known entrepreneurs and venture capitalist, created OurCrowd to allow accredited investors to

1) have access to quality and vetted early stage companies;

2) have a professional diligence research-team evaluate the deals;

3) have favorable investment terms negotiated on their behalf

OurCrowd's expert staff and partners analyze around 100 startup companies a month from which it selects between two and three. OurCrowd then commits to fund those companies, posts them on our website and invites the OurCrowd accredited investors to invest alongside us.

The OurCrowd platform has been featured in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Bloomberg TV as well as many Israeli publications. Since launching six months ago, OurCrowd's members have invested over $19 million in capital for 26 startups.

Remember, investing in early stage companies is inherently risky and should be a small part of your overall investment portfolio.
