Event description
Are you a working professional? Curious about design thinking and how it might apply to your work? Take a little time to be a student again.

About this Event

Who: This workshop is designed for working professionals who are new to design thinking. Also note: that this experience will be in English and requires participants to interact and speak with each other. The experience makes the most impact if you fit the description above and are able to speak English fluently. If this isn't the right workshop for you, we have different workshop offerings that you could find here [https://dschool.stanford.edu/programs], free online resources [https://dschool.stanford.edu/resources], and some that are translated into various languages [https://dschool.stanford.edu/resources/the-gift-giving-project].

What: A hands-on, experiential, educational design thinking experience. This IS going to be a fun and engaging experience with design thinking tools. This IS NOT a full cycle, faculty led workshop.

Where: Stanford d.school, Peterson Laboratory Building, 550 Panama Mall, Stanford University

When: Tuesday, October 15, 2:00-5:00pm (Please allow at least 20 minutes to find a parking space and walk to the d.school; this hands-on learning experience will start on time! Closest paid parking is Roble Field Garage located at 320 Panama St, Stanford, CA 94305)

Please DO NOT bring heavy bags or burdensome laptops. Extra "stuff" will only get in your way.
