8 Week Course for All Levels.

Find your balance. Learn the basics. Let go of stress.


The Course:

Perfect for anyone new to yoga or wanting to refresh their knowledge in a supportive and judgement-free environment. This course also focuses on stress release through yoga and mindfulness. Each one hour class will incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures) and meditation. Small classes ensure that you are heard, seen and given the chance to ask questions.


Course dates:

One hour classes, Mondays 7.30-8.30pm; February 5th - March 26.

The Teacher:

With over ten years teaching experience, Claire is delighted to be running another Introduction to Yoga Course. Her classes are taught with empathy, humour and extensive knowledge. She is not only passionate about physical health, but also mental health, and brings this focus to each class. She is particularly interested in how yoga and mindfulness can assist in the management of anxiety, stress, depression and trauma. Expect to stretch, laugh, strengthen and amaze yourself over the 8 week program.
