Description

Join Holly Davis (Wholefoods Chef) and Gabby Campbell (Naturopath & Nutritionist) for a delicious and informative session on the art of wild fermentation.

In this introductorry class, Holly will demonstrate two easy fermentation processes and Gabby will discuss why adding small amounts of these probiotic-rich foods at every meal can significantly improve digestive and immune health with flow on effects to mental health.

We will ferment local seasonal vegetables to show you how fermentation can utilise what is plentiful each season so that you can continue to enjoy and benefit from these ingredients for months to come.

There will also be some delicious ferments on hand to try and you will receive notes and recipes so that you fully understand the processes used in class.

Holly's book 'Ferment a guide to the ancient art of culturing foods' will be available to buy, along with a range of starter cultures for those who wish.
