About this event
This 2 hour workshop is designed for beginners and intermediate artists wishing to explore and improve watercolor painting techniques. Rachel will walk you through some of her favorite Daniel Smith Watercolors and Silver Velvet Brushes. Her playful, explorational technique is designed to remove any obstacles that stop you from trying out new techniques and growing in your own creativity. Perfectionism is left at the door as you grow in confidence and skill to use these techniques to create beautiful greeting cards. This class is perfect for those wanting to try something new or spend quality time with a friend or family member. Class is suitable for 11 years plus accompanied with an adult.
Here are some of the reviews from people who have taken this class.
“Rachel’s classes are purely divine! I feel such a deep connection to express without self judgement in her classes. Usually, I get frustrated and just stop creating if I feel like I’ve messed up but In Rachel’s classes I have learned to find beauty in the scrapes and to play with those beginning strokes.”
“Rachel is a patient and caring teacher, making everything about process over product and encouraging us to reflect
with our minds as we worked with our hands. I would attend this class weekly if I could!”
