Learn about the neuroscience behind why this technique of meditation is so powerful. There is no cost to attend and no obligation to join the course. This is a chance for you to meet Hunter Cressman, learn how the course works and get your questions answered.

STEP 2. VEDIC MEDITATION COURSE | Sept 28 - Oct 1*

Become a self-sufficient, daily meditator in four sessions:

DAY 1 - Thu. September 28 : 1 hour private session

DAY 2 - Fri. September 29 : 6:30-8:30pm **

DAY 3 - Sat. September 30 : 4-6pm **

DAY 4 - Sun. October 1 : 10:30am-12:30pm **

 *Private Courses are available - please inquire.

**Additional session times can be offered to accommodate your schedule.

 

STEP 3. ENJOY A LIFETIME OF GROUP MEDITATIONS + SUPPORT

Gain lifetime access to our free group meditations within our worldwide community. You'll also have access to retake the course as many times as you'd like and be able to check in with Hunter whenever you have questions.
