Event description

Description

In this workshop you will learn about the guiding principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). TBRI is a holistic approach that is multi-disciplinary, flexible, attachment-centered, and challenging. It is an evidence-based, trauma-informed intervention that is specifically designed for children who come from hard places such as maltreatment, abuse, neglect, multiple home placements, and violence. We will explore how the guiding principles align with infant mental health.

Presenter: Andrew Fisher, LCPC has been providing early childhood mental heatth consultation for over ten years. He is an experienced counselor and trainer and is an Adunct Professor at Olivet Nazarene University.

This event is co-sponsored by the Center for Practice Excellence at Jewish Child and Family Services.
