Build your confidence and skills in planning for successful evaluations. This online training will help you to understand the principles that underpin Theory of Change and how they can be used alongside logic models to develop and monitor your evaluation processes.

This training is a free training event for South East Cultural Education Partnership Members only and is being fully subsidised by the South East Bridge Programme.

Ideal for:

  • Anyone working in the arts and cultural sector who would like to gain an introduction to the Theory of Change and Logic Models to help inform their approach to evaluation and measuring impact

You will gain:

An introduction to a simple Theory of Change structure and linked logic mode

  • An understanding of how to strengthen your evaluation processes
  • An introduction to existing quality measures
  • An opportunity to develop your own performance indicators and approaches to measuring them.

How will this interactive training session work?

We will provide you with a Zoom login link in time for the session, which will be free for you to use. You do not need to have a Zoom account. You will need access to a computer or smartphone that has video capabilities.

Please note:

  • You will need to log into Zoom by 10:15am at the latest (introductions start at 10:00).
  • Please only book one ticket per organisation - more than one member of staff can take part.
  • You are able to leave the training at any time.
  • We ask that you let us know your support needs in advance so we are able to prepare.
