10:30am-11:00am SwingLean's basic swing progressions and how to apply them to the previous workouts (3 + routines)
11:00am-11:30am What you though you knew about the KB swing, but not really! My methods of how to change the intensity of the kettlebell swing in order to create unlimited variables in any one workout, for all levels of students. SwingLean's Give and Take workout and application of these methods as practice. (4 + routines)
11:30 - 12:00 noon Fun stuff! Adding other skill progressions and practice as "exercise" and could include cleans, overhead swings, snatch, squat, push press, as time allows.
