Friends of the Owyhee and the Ontario Community Library would like to share the fun of stargazing with this introduction.
About this Event
Stargazing is a fun all-ages and life-long activity, especially as we live in an especially spectacular natural dark skies location of the nation!
In this 1 hour presentation, Treasure Valley Community College Astronomy Instructor and Friends of the Owyhee Program Director will give an introduction to the southern night sky with some basic stargazing tips.
The event is Free, but you must register to receive the link.
Bring a notebook for notes and then go outside to practice after the event!
