Event description
A fun introduction to teach you how to make your own sourdough starter

About this Event

Paula has been baking sourdough bread for many years and teaching people how to make their own for just as long. Her loaves are a firm favourite among friends and family.

That's why she's decided to share her knowledge and experiences in form of workshops.

You'll be shown step by step how to make a sourdough starter, then how make basic bread dough and different variations and what ingredients to choose.

Making sourdough is easy and eating it is healthier!

Price includes basic ingredients to take home and everything necessary to mix a dough on site.

Paula will be bringing in some complimentary samples of her own homemade breads with different flavors to try and taste the different effect of flavour combinations.

There will also be a complimentary gift of ready sourdough starter available if requested in advance, make sure to bring your own Kilner jar though.

Participants will have a chance to mix their own sour dough and take a loaf home for baking. Single use loaf form provided, but please bring your own form if you have one to reduce single use forms using.
