This course is designed for branch reps who wish to improve their knowledge of and familiarisation with Settlement Agreements, and the relevant processes and procedures.

The aims of the course are to help you to:

Ø Gain a clear understanding of the purpose of Settlement Agreements; and

Ø Learn practical and strategic skills to deal with negotiating Settlement Agreements
