Overview

Sales Process Engineering is a new approach to the design of the sales environment (drawing on TOC and process-engineering principles) that holds out the promise of

  1. More sales activity (your salespeople perform 4 true business-development meetings a day, five days a week
  2. Fewer salespeople (20% of your sales team can perform 200% of your current meeting volume)
  3. Better integration between sales and production and -- therefore -- better customer service
