Description

Everyone who works with children – including teachers, general practitioners (GPs), nurses, midwives, health visitors, early years practitioners, youth workers, police ,Accident and Emergency staff, paediatricians, voluntary and community workers and social workers – has a responsibility for keeping them safe. Working Together 2015

By the end of the training you will:

Be aware of the context and legislation which governs the safeguarding agenda

Be able to recognise signs an symptoms that would lead you to raise a concern

Know what to do if you have concerns about a child(ren) in order to safeguard and promote their welfare

Attendees will receive a certificate upon completion of the course
