Qigong is ancient practice that uses mindfulness and slow movements to ground, open and re-energize the body. Come learn the basics with renowned teacher Chris Fernie. The basic principles of practice will be explored through simple exercises and By the end of the course the participants will have a set of movements that they can use to develop an ongoing routine as well as a clear understanding of how to deepen their practice. This class is part of a three week series. Attending all classes is encouraged but not necessary, and participants may sign up for any class.
Chris Fernie has been studying the internal arts with for the past 30 years, with a focus on Qigong practice and body mechanics. He has studied under three different extraordinary Qigong masters as well as experts in body mechanics and has been teaching full time for the past 22 years, though out the USA and abroad.
