Introduction to Pawsey HPC Setonix workshop

Welcome to the Introduction to Pawsey HPC Setonix workshop!

This in-person event will take place in the Conference room 715 in Ingkarni Wardli from 2pm until 5pm.
Pawsey staff will come to Adelaide to provide an introduction to HPC Setonix.
The program will include:

• Basic Introduction and access to HPC Setonix
• File management
• Software modules and containers
• Submit jobs on Setonix
• The workflow nodes
• Run jobs on AMD GPUs

Feel free to join if you are excited to know more about Pawsey and their infrastructure.

You will not need to have an existing account on Setonix. Guest accounts will be provided.

Pre-requisites

Users are expected to have a solid understanding of linux,bash commands, and very basic knowledge on how to submit jobs with SLURM.
