Looking to create some space, silence and peace in your life? Maybe you're curious about how meditation can help, but worried that your "monkey mind" could never learn to be still?
In this 2-hour session, you will explore the art and science of meditation - how it can positively affect your lifestyle and bring about true change in your body and mind.
Our intention is to give you enough tools to actually put this into practice in your daily routine. You deserve this.
Although we do offer meditation workshops for children and families, this session is limited to any individual 14 yrs of age and older.
